Sheets and domestic fabrics, marked by time and use, become the starting point for a practice that explores the stories embedded in everyday objects, transforming them into sculptural environments that weave together memory, intimacy, and inheritance. Moving between the theatrical and the domestic, her work reflects on the relationship between personal experience and collective memory while engaging with questions of gender and abstraction.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1cokkwa\" data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"800\">BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES<\/h3>\r\n<p data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"1553\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Valentine Prissette lives and works in Paris. A graduate of the Beaux-Arts de Cergy (ENSAPC) in 2022, she has presented the solo exhibitions <em data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"961\">Yellow Wallpaper<\/em> at Poush, Aubervilliers (2024), and <em data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1018\">Sleeping Paintings<\/em>, curated by Justine Daquin, at Rift, Aubervilliers (2024). In 2024, she was invited by Filipa Ramos to participate in a residency with Societ\u00e0 delle Api in Grasse, France. Her work has been featured in group exhibitions including <em data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1268\">10 Years of AWARE<\/em> at the Centre Pompidou, Paris (2024); <em data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1316\">Threads<\/em> at Saint Anne Gallery, Paris (2025); <em data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1374\">Stool for Thoughts<\/em> as part of Paris Design Week at Poush, Aubervilliers (2024); <em data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1450\">Kindergarten<\/em> at Centre d'Art Immanence, Paris (2026);
